If the purchased product does not meet your expectations you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To accomplish this, all you need to do is:
1. print and complete the appropriate form
2. send back the purchased product in undamaged condition and in its original packaging with all its contents to the address: Balticus SA. Ul. Za lipami 28, 05-860 Wolica
Remember to enter the correct order number – it will make it easier for us to find the receipt/invoice
Attention!!! Parcels sent COD or delivered to a parcel machine will not be collected.
Returned product must not bear traces of use – each item must be complete and factory-packed, the goods delivered in the original packaging in unaltered condition. If this condition is not met, the product will not be accepted.
Within 14 days of receiving your shipment, we will check the condition of the donated product (whether it bears no signs of use, whether it has not been damaged or destroyed, whether it is in its original packaging with all its contents).
If we do not note any counter-indications, we will send information to your email address about the successful return / exchange of the product.
The replaced product will be sent to the specified address by courier service
In the event of cancellation of the purchase contract, a refund will be made to the enclosed account number within 7 days of processing.
If your product return is rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), we will notify you at the indicated email address that the product return is not accepted. We will send the product back to the indicated return address within 7 working days.
