*Please be advised that for orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (e.g., USA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway), the Customer may be subject to additional import costs. These may include:

These costs are not included in the product price or the shipping fees displayed in your cart. Payment of these charges is the sole responsibility of the Customer. If the watch does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase amount.
- Please note that for international orders, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- To initiate a return, please contact us via the form below. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
