Angel Rodado
As he describes himself, a positive madman. Since 2022, he has been a player for Wisła Kraków, where he moved from Spanish club UD Ibiza. One might think he'd lost his mind leaving sunny Spain. However, Angel was convinced from the outset to move to the stadium at Reymonta 22 in Kraków. It turned out that Kraków had just as much to offer as Ibiza, where he lived and played before joining the White Star.
Today, he's a living legend at the club. He's played 125 matches for Wisła Kraków so far, scoring 82 goals. The current 2025/26 season is his best, with 16 goals scored in 16 matches. Angel is in his prime and feels great at home at the club, with which he's confidently heading for promotion to the Ekstraklasa. He recently extended his contract until June 2030.
In 2025, our company resumed its collaboration with Wisła Kraków, designing the Balticus Volans Wisła Kraków Edition watch for the club under a license. We decided to offer Angel, the White Star's best player, a partnership and a role as our company ambassador. The offer was accepted. The first watch to grace his wrist was the Balticus Volans Wisła Kraków Edition.
Angel is a smiling and cheerful man. His attitude on the pitch commands respect from opponents and admiration from football fans, regardless of club or city. His teammates and coaches emphasize his incredible professionalism and tenacity in pursuing his goals. He is a true leader, leading the team to the Ekstraklasa.
Angel also demonstrates qualities important to our company off the pitch. He lives in Krakow with his family. It was his beloved Isabel, among others, who encouraged him to extend his contract with the White Star and stay in Krakow, the city where their son, Jan, was born. His commitment to core values and strength of character are leading our ambassador to the summit of the Polish football Olympus. Like us, Angel wants to fulfill his dreams at Wisła. However, we hope that he will soon be able to play at the highest level of Polish football, and that Wisła Kraków will return to European competition.
